Givi's newest aluminium panniers, the Trekker Alaska, come with a host of new features, not least being they are the first full-aluminium touring case designed to work with Givi's patented and time proven MONOKEY® system.
The new WIRELEASE® system uses an external knob at the rear of the case to detach the case via a cable system (patent pending). True to the MONOKEY® name, only one key is needed to both open and lock the lid of the case, as well as to remove it from the bike. Trekker Alaska cases also feature the new HOLD IT EASY® system which allows the case to be semi-detached and tilted outwards for easy access. The new hinge design allows the lid to be opened completely without the use of straps or retention cables. Trekker Alaska is the ideal upgrade to existing MONOKEY® panniers, without needing to change fitting hardware, but also a great choice for new set-ups with loads of great features.
The ALA36 is available in natural aluminium finish or matt black painted aluminium finish. When bought as a pair, the ALA36 is keyed the same, and includes an extra lockset if you want to match your existing topcase.
