This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales.
With the behavioral focus of a 'can do' attitude this role underpins the success of the business.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Fulfilling customer orders
- Restocking parts and accessories
- Merchandising the showroom
We are looking for these skills and attributes to contribute to your success in the role
- Retail and outstanding customer service experience - motorcycle parts and accessories knowledge would be required.
- Some mechanical knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Communication - the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Good computer skills, great efficiency and a clean and tidy worker.
- Be able to work unsupervised and able to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to respond proficiently to a range of requests – from simple to technical to challenging. This will be essential to this position.
- Reliable and accurate high standards of customer service delivery.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- High standard of personal presentation.
